Festival Jazzkaar 2023 is taking place at Vaba Lava &Fotografiska Tallinn.
Festival pass
Festival pass grants entry to all the concerts taking place from 23.04.-30.04.2023 at Vaba Lava and Fotografiska Tallinn. Festival pass will be exchanged for a wristband from the first festival day at the information desk at Telliskivi square. Festival supporter pass grants the buyer the same rights as the normal festival pass. Festival passes are limited.

Day tickets
Day tickets grant entrance to all concerts at Vaba Lava and Fotografiska Tallinn on the specific day. At Vaba Lava, the day ticket grants either an unmarked seat, marked seat or standing place, and a standing place at Fotografiska TALLINN. Day ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on the day of concert at the festival info centre at Telliskivi square. Day tickets are limited.
Discounts and age restrictions
Discount is available for students, university students, pensioners, ITIC card holders, and people with special needs with a proof of eligibility for discount (asked on location).
Children up to 6 years (including) get free entry unless stated otherwise in the concert information.
Children without a ticket will not be granted a seat.
Youth under the age of 16 can attend evening concerts (from 23:00) only with an accompanying adult.
Groups starting from 12 people can get a discount, ask for quotation from piletid@jazzkaar.ee.
Festival and day passes
Jazzkaar 2023 festival passes are available for 250 eur. Festival supporter pass with the price 500 eur. The festival supporter pass gives the buyer the same rights as the festival pass.

Tickets for Ukrainian refugees 🇺🇦
Jazzkaar offers free entrance to Ukrainian refugees to concerts at the largest jazz festival in the Baltic countries, Jazzkaar 2023 in Tallinn.
Take a look at the festival programme on Jazzkaar’s website and find a concert that suits you.
There are two options to order a free ticket:
- Select a Jazzkaar artist on our website and write your ticket wish to piletid@jazzkaar.ee.Upon arrival at the festival, please present the ticket from your e-mail and a valid Ukrainian identity document.
- Stop by the Jazzkaar information point, open in Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi 60a–8) from 23 April to 30 April from 12:00 to 21:00. Please present your valid identity document and we will print your ticket on site.
The free ticket is valid only with a Ukrainian identity document, which is checked on site. Up to two tickets will be issued per person. Free tickets to the Ukrainian refugees will be issued per person. Free tickets to the Ukrainian refugees will be issued as long as available.
