30th Jazzkaar will again take over Tallinn’s most lively cultural area Telliskivi Creative City, which has been compared to New York’s SoHo and Copenhagen’s Christiania areas by the festival’s foreign journalists. Most of the concerts will be taking place in two buildings –Vaba Lava and Punane Maja. A real festival vibe can be enjoyed when moving smoothly from one concert to another, experiencing exhibitions, unique tastes, great music and inspiring city space! The festival center is created with the help of Prike and Telliskivi Creative City. Cafe partners are Reval Cafe and Kärbes Kitchen & Bar.

Tickets to Jazzkaar concerts are on sale at Piletilevi sales points and online www.piletilevi.ee and www.festicket.com.

Ticket sales at concert venues
Tickets to Vaba Lava and Punane Maja concerts will be sold at Punane Maja information desk. Ticket sales start 1 hour before the first concert.
Tickets to Alexela Concert Hall concerts will be sold on location at the Solaris Center Piletilevi sales point.
Tickets can be bought on location in cash or with a bank card.
Discounts and age restrictions
Discount is available for students, university students, pensioners, ITIC card holders, and people with special needs with a proof of eligibility for discount (asked on location).
Children up to 6 years (including) get free entry unless stated otherwise in the concert information. Children without a ticket will not be granted a seat.
Youth under the age of 16 can attend evening concerts (from 23.00) only with an accompanying adult.
Festival pass and daily pass
Jazzkaar 2019 festival pass is available for 250 eur and festival supporter pass for 500 eur. The festival supporter pass gives the buyer the same rights as the festival pass.
Festival pass grants entry to all the concerts taking place from 19 April to 28 April at Vaba Lava and Punane Maja. At Vaba Lava, the festival pass grants either an unmarked seat, marked seat or standing place, and a standing place at Punane Maja.
A festival pass does not grant entry to a concert at the Alexela Concert Hall.

PARKING
Bicycle
We appreciate it if you walk or take a bike to the festival. A free unguarded bike park awaits you in front of Vaba Lava and Punane Maja.
Car
Parking area EP86 (0.85 EUR/30 min, 5.40/24h) stretches from behind Vaba Lava (building C1) to the large square next to building B.
Telliskivi street is a city parking zone “Kesklinn”.

This is the only way we can continue doing one of the coolest and most important festivals in Estonia also in the future! Jazzkaar is an environmentally friendly festival, so for enjoying drinks at the festival area we have introduced the reusable cup deposit system. Together with your first drink, you pay a deposit which will be refunded after you finish your beverage and return the cup.
