Uncategorized

Due to the current worldwide situation with COVID-19, we would kindly like to remind everyone that we can only protect each other if we are careful and adhere to the requirements when attending the festival events. Here are some tips for making the festival a more enjoyable experience for all of us.

– According to the established regulations and in order to ensure a safe festival experience, only guests who have passed the COVID-19 infection control can attend events at Jazzkaar 2021. The festival welcomes guests who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, recovered from COVID-19 within the last six months or have a valid negative test result. Upon entering the festival area, the validity of the EU Digital COVID Certificate, PCR test or COVID-19 rapid antigen test will be checked and guests will be issued a Secure Festival Wristband. A rapid antigen test can be performed at the festival testing point in Telliskivi Creative City. It costs festival guests 6 euros.

– If the changed conditions do not suit the ticket holder, tickets for the Jazzkaar 2021 festival can be returned or exchanged for a Jazzkaar gift voucher from 4 to 16 August 2021 by submitting a respective request HERE

– Visitors who have contracted COVID-19 in the past 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 are not allowed to the Jazzkaar 2021 festival. Also not allowed to the festival are people with symptoms of a respiratory infectious disease (e.g. fever, dry cough, breathing difficulties).

– Therefore – if you’re unable to attend the festival, Jazzkaar is ready to buy back your tickets or exchange these for a gift voucher. Please send your application to piletid@jazzkaar.ee.

– You can create the EU Digital COVID Certificate yourself. National authorities are in charge of issuing the certificate. Information on how to get the certificate should be provided by the national health authorities. Please save the certificate on your phone or print it out so that you are ready to present it quickly upon your arrival at the festival.

– A rapid antigen test can be performed at the festival testing point in Telliskivi Creative City. It costs festival guests 6 euros and the test result will be received in 15 minutes. The festival’s testing point is open from 23 to 29 August, starting from two hours before the first concert until the beginning of the last concert. The rapid antigen test performed in the festival area will be valid for 48 hours.

– In case of a positive test result, access to the festival will be denied, but tickets can be exchanged for a Jazzkaar gift voucher by submitting an application to the e-mail address piletid@jazzkaar.ee before the start of the concert.

– Festival visitors who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, recovered from COVID-19 within the last six months or have a valid negative PCR test result must come through the festival information point, where the ID and medical certificate are checked and a Secure Festival wristband is issued indicating that the guest has been checked.
