Jazzkaar offers free entrance to Ukrainian refugees to concerts at the largest jazz festival in the Baltic countries, Jazzkaar 2023 in Tallinn. The festival will take place from 23 April to 30 April at Vaba Lava and Fotografiska Tallinn located in Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi Loomelinnak).

There are two options to order a free ticket:
- Select a Jazzkaar artist on our website and write your ticket wish to piletid@jazzkaar.ee. Upon arrival at the festival, please present the ticket from your e-mail and a valid Ukrainian identity document.
- Stop by the Jazzkaar information point, open in Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi 60a–8) from 23 April to 30 April from 12:00 to 21:00. Please present your valid identity document and we will print your ticket on site.
The free ticket is valid only with a Ukrainian identity document, which is checked on site. Up to two tickets will be issued per person. Free tickets to the Ukrainian refugees will be issued per person. Free tickets to the Ukrainian refugees will be issued as long as available.
