Jazz Talks are a forum for representatives of other jazz festivals and journalists from Estonia and abroad, supporters and melomaniacs. This year\u2019s topics include concert photography, Estonian jazz development, Jazzkaar\u2019s history, children and jazz, and includes two artist talks \u2013 one with Maria Faust and second with John Scofield.<\/p>\n

Paul Grabowsky<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paul Grabowsky looms large in Australia\u2019s artistic landscape: pianist, multi award-winning recording artist, musical director, composer, innovator, festival director, film composer, visionary, educator, recipient of the Order of Australia. Paul does not have one passion in life, rather he leads a passionate life in all his endeavours. His integrity, intelligence and astounding musical talent are the core of his ability to fulfil such disparate roles. https:\/\/www.paulgrabowsky.com.au<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Paul Mason<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paul Mason is the Director of Music at the Australia Council for the Arts and has an extensive background in music broadcast management, festival programming and live music presentation. Paul started his career booking bands, programming and playing music. He has programmed many live music venues in Sydney, specialising in jazz and contemporary popular music, as well as curating a number of festivals. Paul has also worked with the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia, where he established the successful Australian Music Radio Airplay Project and ran the Community Radio Network, the national satellite program service. Before joining the Australia Council in 2009, he worked for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation managing major projects in the technology and distribution division. https:\/\/www.australiacouncil.gov.au<\/a><\/p>\n

Martel Ollerenshaw<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based in London and working internationally, Martel Ollerenshaw is an Australian creative producer and consultant. With a wide portfolio of skills and interests, she works actively with artists, organisations and festivals to create and produce work that is pioneering and often genre blurring.
